Washing: hand wash warm, no tumble dry, no iron, no bleach, no dry clean. Always read the label. Size selection: measure around wrist at smallest point. 1. Open fasteners. Slide hand into support and thumb through hole. Metal splint should be positioned along palm. 2. Close center fastener, then remaining fasteners. Adjust all fasteners until fit is firm, yet comfortable. For left handed use: slide metal splint out of pocket and into opposite pocket opening: splint should bend toward the palm of your hand. Tuck end of splint into pocket. Follow wear instructions above. *physicians often recommend the use of a rigid wrist brace during treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and other painful wrist conditions.
