Each elderberry used to make our unique black elderberry extract is 100 percentage handpicked and harvested at just the right time. Suggestions

For intensive use adults take 2 teaspoons 10 ml twice daily. hildren ages 7 and older take 1 teaspoon 5 ml twice daily. Do not exceed recommended dose.
