HerbsPro.com wishes to make your shopping experience with us pleasant and completely satisfactory. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a “No Questions” 30-day return policy. Please review our Returns Policy below:
Returns Made Due to Damaged (in Shipping), Defective Product(s), or Incorrect Product(s) Shipped
- We will send a return label via email in case of defective or incorrect products shipped. Please print the return label from your email and return the product(s) back to us.
- Once we receive the defective shipment in our warehouse, we process and ship out a new order within 2–3 business days.
- HerbsPro.com will also issue a complete refund if the customer does not want the replacement product(s).
- Once a product is returned & received in our warehouse, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 2–3 business days.
Customer Returns or Refuses Any Shipment
- Returned products must be unopened and sealed unless defective for returns and shipment refusals.
- Product(s) must be returned within 30 days.
- We will not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Policy for Orders Shipped Outside the United States
- Please note that the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval and verifying and paying all import charges, including duties, fees, and taxes.
- For orders shipped outside the U.S., if an item is missing, damaged, or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us via chat or email to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
- Due to both customs regulations and shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot issue replacements for items or orders shipped outside of the U.S. For products received that are damaged, customers may keep or dispose of the item.
- As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
- If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost billed to HerbsPro.com.
- If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country, and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer.
